Would leave a negative review if I could. Worst place I have ever dealt with. Called last week to ask them if they installed tires on lifted trucks they told me absolutely. Ordered tires through Giga tires and had them shipped here to be installed. Booked an appointment for yesterday 5/11 at 9:00 am, I arrived at 8:30 and they told me it’d be ready within 2 hours and would give me a call when it was ready. I live an hour away so went run a few errands and didn’t hear back from them and it was 1:30 so I called them and they let me know they hadn’t even started on it but that it would be done in one hour because the guy was “installing them as we were speaking”, I had work at 3:00 yesterday so I told them I couldn’t keep waiting and would just come pick them up today 5/11, they told me no problem be here for 9:00 AM we’ll have it ready for you. I arrive today at 8:45 AM to pick up my truck, pass the garage where my truck is to see it hasn’t been touched. Same old tires were on and it wasn’t even lifted up to even start installing my new tires. So I drove another hour to Kenner for no reason. Asked them to just give me my tires and refund me for the installation, and I sat there for 2

We dropped off our travel trailer late morning to have new tires installed. They said that they could finish the work despite being short handed. Around 3pm they called to say they would not be able to get to our vehicle before closing. I expressed my displeasure and said I would be in later. Later that afternoon, 4-4:30 pm I got a call from the manager saying the trailer was ready to go…new tires and all. The manager had taken the time to install them himself despite all his other responsibilities.! I can’t express how appreciative we were that he took the time to do this. A great example of doing what’s needed despite being short handed. Thanks so much!! Happy Oregon travelers!

The in-store service was great. They took the time to ensure my front end alignment was perfect. On test drive, technician felt it still pulling a little. He put it back on the rack and made additional adjustments. Warning- I picked out a set of tires online. When I got to the store I was told that model was not in stock at the store and the online system does not notify the store about the choice of tire. I ended up with a good set that was slightly higher than the online set. Advice - Once you pick a set online, call the store and have them order it so it will be there when your car is serviced.

Based on a previous oil change Roger brought to my attention that I needed an alignment because my tires were being unevenly worn and that created a safety hazard. He showed me the tires and it looked very dangerous. So I proceeded in getting new tires and an alignment. I am glad I did. The service was quick , courteous and efficient. Givana was very helpful in Roger’s absence and he was excellent to deal with. I had a noise after work was done which Givani looked at and told me to give it a couple days and if the noise was still there he would address it . Great service! Joe

If there were negative stars, I would rate as high as I could. I’ve had several serious problems with this location. On one visit, they forgot to secure a brake line bracket bolt, which caused my brake line to fail and break off while towing a trailer. On another visit, the manager hand-tightened my upper control arm bolts without torquing them properly. Most recently, after they replaced my shocks, I drove away and my tire fell off — 5 of the 6 lug nuts had been left loose and the last one snapped. This caused significant damage to my truck and put my son's life and my life in jeopardy. These are not minor mistakes — they are severe safety hazards. I’m now dealing with their corporate office and insurance company. I strongly recommend anyone considering service here to think twice and ensure your vehicle is thoroughly inspected afterward. Safety should never be compromised.
